How to Set the Automatic Date & Time

In some cases the time zone on the devices is not correct. To manually change this setting on the device follow these steps.

Enter the Tapendium settings page on the device.

• Swipe out the settings panel from the left and press the settings menu (this can be difficult to press, but aim for the white section just below the thin grey divider and above the word SETTINGS)

• From the settings page navigate to the Settings menu by pressing the top left hand corner 'burger' menu.

This will allow access to the Android settings of the tablet.

• Search for Date and Time from the search bar or navigate to General management-> Date and Time

From this settings section you can make sure the device is using the correct timezone. Once you have the correct time zone and the Automatic time zone toggle is set to ON you can exit back to the Tapendium settings page using the back arrows in the Android settings pages.

Press the Exit button on the Tapendium settings page and the device will exit to the Guest App and by ready for your guests to use.
