Scenario 1: Resolving Wi-Fi Issues

The screen shows some options. If you are not able to perform any of the options then there is a possible connectivity issue - the device is disconnected from the Wifi.

To solve the connectivity issue, click on the settings cog.

Select Connections.

If you see the Wi-Fi name of the property underneath the Wi-Fi option, it means the Wi-Fi is connected. If not, then there the device is not connected to Wi-Fi.

Click on the Wi-Fi option. Then please connect it to the property Wi-Fi and enter the password that is present in the wall of the room you are in or the room in which the tablet is assigned to.
