This page will talk about the possible issues that you may face when powering on the tablet.
Scenario 1: Tablet not configured

Click on the green strip that says configure tablet

Enter the hotel pin. Then select Unlock Device.

The next screen shows some options. If you are not able to perform any of the options then there is a possible connectivity issue - the device is disconnected from the Wi-Fi.

To solve the connectivity issue, click on the settings cog.

Select Connections.

If you see the Wi-Fi name of the property underneath the Wi-Fi option, it means the Wi-Fi is connected. If not, then there the device is not connected to Wi-Fi.

Click on the Wi-Fi option. Then please connect it to the property Wi-Fi and enter the password that is present in the wall of the room you are in or the room in which the tablet is assigned to.

Click on the back button. If the device is connected, it will go back to the welcome message screen. If not, proceed to the next step.

Click on the green strip that says configure tablet
