How to Send Content Sync to Tablets

Please note only users have an Admin role can do this.

This provides a dashboard view of the status of all Tapendium tablets.

1. Logon toadmin portal.
2. Make sure MANAGE is selected at the top of the screen.
3. Click on DEVICE MANAGEMENT on the left of the screen and select Device Status. This provides a dashboard view of the status of all Tapendium tablets.
4. Select all the devices that require a content sync.
5. Under the ACTION drop down box select FULL SYNC.
6. Click ok
