How do I check Device Status from Manage Order Window?

The purpose of this feature is to allow hotel staff to see if a device is still online after receiving a battery level warning Order Viewer.

The Check Device feature allows the user to check if the device issue has been resolved or if the issue remains, so it can escalate to maintenance/IT.
Manage → Device Status → Last Check-in/ Battery Status
How do I view Recent Orders for a room?
You can view recent orders for a room to check on order history.
Navigation: Order viewer → Open the order → Recent Orders

How do I add a new Order view?

Order views are used to filter and sort Orders in the Orders section.

They can be set up from the Admin management section of the portal

Custom order views can be created for faster searches of particular types of order
