How do I add a new Alert View ?
Alert Views are useful in creating fast custom screen views.
Step 1: Click on ‘Add Alert View’ as highlighted in the picture below.
Step 2: Provide the details for the new Alert.
Name: Provide the view a descriptive name
Status: Active or Inactive.
Sort: Select a column you want the sort function or filter to apply to.
Example: Location, Time required, Entered, Elapsed, Status.
Select Order: Select whether you want to sort the list in Ascending or Descending order.
Type Filter: Select the Type of Alert you want to filter.
Example: Breakfast, Room service, Amenities, Giftshop, Internet Plan, Device Management.
Status Filter: Select from Complete, In progress or New Orders.
Example of setting up a new Alert
This will show all the new Device Management Alerts on the screen.
