What are Order Views?

Order views are used for filtering and sorting Orders in the Orders section of the Admin Portal.

These views are set up in the Admin Management section of the portal.

You can use custom Order Views to create quick searches for particular types of Order.
How do I add a new Orders View?
Step 1: Click on Add order view as highlighted.
Step 2: Provide the details for the new view.
Name: Provide the view a descriptive name
Status: Active or Inactive.
Sort: Select a column you want the sort function or filter to apply to.
Example: Location, Time required, Entered, Elapsed, Status.
Select Order: Select whether you want to sort the list in Ascending or Descending order.
Type Filter: Select the Type of Order you want to filter.
Example: Breakfast, Room service, Amenities, Giftshop, Internet Plan, Device Management.
Status Filter: Select from Complete, In progress or New Orders.
