Managing Locations

• Locations are usually rooms, but can also be demonstration tablets, spare tablets, restaurants or the hotel Front desk.

• Locations and Location Groups are usually imported during the installation of the Tapendium solution, using a standard import template.

How to Add a Location ?

Step 1: Click on Add Location as shown below.

Step 2: Provide the details of the room and choose the Group to add it.

How to Bulk Add Locations to a Groups?

Step 1: Select the tab called ‘Actions'. Then click 'Add to Group’

Select the rooms that needs to be added before clicking on 'Actions'
