There are two errors that can occur when a guest is placing a rom service order.
NO POST
When a guest is flagged as a No Post they do not have the ability to order through the Tapendium Room Service module.
When the guest enters the Room Service module they will receive a prompt as per the image below to advise to call to place an order. The guest can still view the menu and interact with the menu so that they can call through an order. If they attempt to place an order they will receive the same prompt.

By notifying the guest of this status this allows you to action the guest as per your normal operational processes. Please follow this link to resolve this issue.
WI-FI ISSUE
When a customer is placing a room service order and they are trying to submit the order they may get the same message as however it will say ‘OKAY’ in the bottom left corner instead of ‘I AGREE’. This means there is a Wi-Fi issue, once a Wi-Fi connection is restored this message will no longer appear. Please follow this link to resolve this issue.
