This article is to assist you (hotel) on the process of Simphony/Omnivore Integration. Please note that Definitions of 2 and above are not supported unless Simphony is on a version of 19.2 or above due to a Simphony bug. If your Simphony is not on a supported version for definitions then all items and options needs to be definition 1 in order to be supported by the integration.

The following are the minimum requirements for the BOH POS PC where the agent is to be installed. For Simphony this is typically the CAL server or a designated PCWS.

Transaction Services
Omnivore also requires Transaction Services. Please use the following information to reach out to Oracle or your re-seller to request they install, configure, and test Transaction Services for your system if you haven't already:

License: Guest Facing Transaction Services (Part Number: L102928)

Configuration: Add a POSAPI Client

CAL: Add the Transaction Services role to a host workstation and allow CAL to install the required files

Testing: Use TSDemoClient to confirm Transaction Services is functioning correctly

Results: Provide the Oracle email with the Employee ID and RVC number (#) used for testing to your Tapendium Onboarding Project Manager
Instructions
Step 1 - Download and Install the Omnivore Agent
Download and install Omnivore Agent on the same VM as Oracle Transaction Service for Simphony from
https://connect.omnivore.io/files/Omnivore.msi
Once you have installed this you will be directed to register a contact. Please complete this process
