Guest Services Tabs

Guest Services is a Module in the Tapendium solution for helping manage guest requests relating to the concierge, room service and housekeeping services.

Guest services management in the Admin Portal

Add Tab: This is how you would add a new Tab that will appear on the tablet screens.
Example of a Tab: This is an example of a Tab in Guest Services. This Tab is called 'Guest Services'.
Example of Categories: These are example of Categories in Guest Services. They are assigned to a Tab. In this example, Concierge, Housekeeping and Room Service are Categoriest under the Guest Services Tab.
Change Position (Tab): This changes the order of the Tabs appear on the tablet screens. You can drag and drop the Tabs
Change Position (Category): This changes the position of the Categories under the Tab.
Tab Search: By choosing a Tab listed in the drop down list and clicking Go on Search, you can search and filter for Tabs and their Categories.
Add Category: Add a new Category to a Tab
Edit or Delete a Tab
