How to process an In-Room Dinning Order?

APPLICABLE ROLE: Hotel Admin/FNB Admin/GS Admin

 

Step 1: Navigate to Order Viewer and click Open to see the order.

Step 2: The order window will appear. And to proceed with the order, click Complete

Step 3: The order window will disappear and the status of the order should appear as 'complete'

How do I process Guest Service Order?

Step 1: Navigate to Order Viewer and click Open to see the order.

Step 2: The order window will appear. And to proceed with the order, click Complete

Step 3: The order window will disappear and the status of the order should appear as 'complete'
