As part of the integration of the Tapendium solution to your GRMS (Guest Room Management System) a Tapendium Room Control Agent is required. This is the requirements for the agent.
Tapendium Room Control Agent Integration Server Requirements
Ideally, we recommend setting it up as a standalone virtual machine with Raid and Snapshot
Recovery.
Required
- The Provider Room Control server and the Tapendium server need to be on the same network/VLAN as they communicate with each other.
- Tapendium Integration Services running 32/64-bit Windows or Ubuntu Linux
- RDP Access configured for Port 3389 (MS Remote Desktop) or 5938 (TeamViewer)
- Open/Oracle JDK version 11 or above
- 2gb of Ram (4gb if Virtualised with host operating system)
- 1gb of HDD Space
- VPN Access (As per your security policy)
- Internet Access to provide RDP support & delivery of agent updates
- at least one vCPU

- RAID & Snapshot Recovery or Redundant Failover Services
