RMS Integration Requirements

Please find a summary below of what is required for the Tapendium Devices to integrate with your
Hotel’s PMS. If you have any questions, please speak to your Tapendium Project Manager.

1. Reach out to your RMS Sales team and request a sales order to purchase the module 'Guest Services' for your Tapendium integration
2. Your RMS sales team will then associate the module with the Tapendium Partner account. 
3. Once the module is active on your account and linked to the Tapendium Partner account you need to provide Tapendium with your client ID and password.
4. Tapendium will then implement the integration
5. The integration can be turned on and integration testing conducted - then it's all systems go!
