Tapendium Support is always available if you need further assistance. 

There are 2 ways to log a query with us.

Method 1

As you're already in our help section you can log a request by clicking on "Submit a Request" you can see it up the top right of your page near your name if you're logged in

Method 2

You can also send us an email - our address is [e-mail]

What we need to know?

Please give us as much detail as possible when logging a ticket. Please give us screenshots and specific error messages you see. Also it helps us immensely if you can detail what you were doing (or trying to do) when the problem occurred. It's always better to give us too much information than not enough.

If we need further detail we will contact you to ask further questions.
